
- There is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs. After the 2 hours, rates will be charged in half hour increments.
- Extra charge of £8 will be required if traveling through the congestion charge zone.
- Extra fuel charges may apply when traveling outside M25.
- Parking must be arranged by the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the Driver on completion of the job.
- There will be a minimum charge of £40 for goods going to the tip.
- Payments must be made by cash or cheque at completion of the job.
- Job arrival times are estimated. Although we always do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause some delays.
- If no other agreement is made Super Removals accept no responsibility for damage or loss of property after the job is complete and the payment is received by the Driver.
- We reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: waiting for keys or gaining entry, incorrect addresses, removal of windows and so on).
- We accept no responsibility for damage or breakage to items that have not been packed / protected by us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit in the new premises (eg: size of sofa and size of aperture) Our drivers will not be insured to remove doors or windows in such cases and it is up to the customer to organize a specialist if needed.
- We will do our best to arrive within the time scale stated, however arrival times are estimated. Delays to pick-up/delivery times are sometimes unavoidable (due to traffic accidents, weather etc). We do not accept any responsibility for any customer loses due to unforeseen or out of our control delivery/pick-up delays
