1. There is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs. After the 2 hours, rates will be charged in half hour increments.
  2. Extra charge of £8 will be required if traveling through the congestion charge zone.
  3. Extra fuel charges may apply when traveling outside M25.
  4. Parking must be arranged by the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the Driver on completion of the job.
  5. There will be a minimum charge of £40 for goods going to the tip.
  6. Payments must be made by cash or cheque at completion of the job.
  7. Job arrival times are estimated. Although we always do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause some delays.
  8. If no other agreement is made Super Removals accept no responsibility for damage or loss of property after the job is complete and the payment is received by the Driver.
  9. We reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: waiting for keys or gaining entry, incorrect addresses, removal of windows and so on).
  10. We accept no responsibility for damage or breakage to items that have not been packed / protected by us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit in the new premises (eg: size of sofa and size of aperture) Our drivers will not be insured to remove doors or windows in such cases and it is up to the customer to organize a specialist if needed.
  11. We will do our best to arrive within the time scale stated, however arrival times are estimated. Delays to pick-up/delivery times are sometimes unavoidable (due to traffic accidents, weather etc). We do not accept any responsibility for any customer loses due to unforeseen or out of our control delivery/pick-up delays
